What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made straps are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Where does Delugs source its leather?
We source our leathers from world-renowned tanneries in France, Italy, and Germany. We use premium materials such as Epsom, Shell Cordovan, and Barenia to ensure the highest quality and durability for our straps.
Are your straps compatible with Deployment Buckles?
Many of our straps are compatible with standard tang buckles or our own leaf-spring deployment clasps. If you wish to use a specific third-party deployment buckle (like Cartier or Omega), please check the strap thickness and taper specifications listed on the product page.
